Services
New machines
We deliver new equipment on order according to the contract concluded with the customer.
Repair services
We set up and repair all brands of machines. Customers who have purchased the device through us are always in a preferred state. We supply spare parts and accessories for all sewing industry equipment.
Leather processing equipment
Sewing machines, scarves, cutters, dies, tools, etc.
Customer specific machines
We perform conversions of customer equipment to reduce energy consumption, increase automation, and increase reliability. We replace motors, add pneumatic automation components, and complete assemblies.
Overhaul
We only perform major repairs in our workshop. Unfortunately, it is not always possible to calculate the exact cost of repairs based on an external inspection. When disassembling machine components, defective parts can be found that are not initially visible. This also makes it difficult to calculate the time required for repairs, because ordering an additional part can generally mean at least two weeks of downtime.
Engine replacement and repair
We repair EFKA and Ho-Hsing motors. We have replacement blocks on site for the most common models. We also replace old motors with newer and more economical ones. In this case, all existing device automation functions are preserved and energy consumption is reduced.
